Store Partner Program

Wardrowbe suggests outfits from what a user already owns. When an outfit needs a piece the wardrobe lacks, the suggestion engine can fill that slot with a product from a partner catalog. Partners appear inside genuine outfit suggestions, matched by wardrobe gap analysis, style profile, and color preferences, and earn commission on every attributed sale.

How matching works

Products are never shown as banner ads. A partner product appears only when:

• The user’s wardrobe analysis identifies a gap the product fills (a missing clothing type, color, or formality level).
• The product’s style tags and formality fit the user’s learned preferences.
• The user has product suggestions enabled. Users who opt out never see partner products, and their wardrobe data is excluded from partner analytics.

Suggestions are capped per user per day, so placements stay scarce and relevant.

Applying

Apply at wardrowbe.com/partners . The application takes about five minutes:

1. Fill in your company, website, contact details, and a short description of what you sell.
2. Accept the partner terms.
3. Submit. You receive a confirmation email with a private status link where you can track your application:

We review every application within 5 business days and email the decision either way. Approval criteria are simple: a real store, clear product data, and categories that map to clothing types we suggest.

After approval

The approval email contains a single-use sign-in link for the Partner Portal (valid for 7 days; after that, request a fresh link from the portal sign-in page with your contact email). From there you can:

• Generate your API key in the Partner Portal Settings tab. It is shown once, so store it in your secrets manager.
• Set up your product feed or use the API to list products.
• Add a payment method in the portal so commission can be invoiced.
