Delete Your Account

1. Open Wardrowbe and go to the More tab
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
3. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account is closed immediately and permanently deleted within 30 days.

2. Go to Settings
3. Click Delete Account at the bottom of the page

When you delete your account, it is closed immediately: you are signed out, you can no longer sign in, your profile, wardrobe and photos are no longer visible to anyone, and you leave your household. A closed account cannot be reopened.

Within 30 days we permanently delete the account and its data, including your wardrobe items, photos, try-on images, outfits and preferences. We keep only what a business needs after an account closes: the billing records tax law requires, a minimal record of the closed account (when it was opened and closed, with your email address stored only as a one-way hash so it cannot be read back), and anonymous wardrobe statistics such as garment types and colours. We use these to keep accurate counts, resolve disputes and meet audit and legal obligations, and never to contact you or restore your account. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.

Closing your account cancels an active web subscription. A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play has to be cancelled there first.

To have the data from your account erased, including your photos, wardrobe and outfit history, email hello@wardrowbe.com from the address on your account with "Erase my data" in the subject line. You can do this before or after closing your account. We erase the data within 30 days of verifying the request, except for billing and tax records we must keep by law.

If you cannot sign in to delete your account, email hello@wardrowbe.com from the address on your account and we will close it for you.
